At 14 months, I am amazed the things Harrison understands and does.
-Knows his toothbrush and toothpaste go together.
-Puts his cup on the piano before he goes to bed or down for a nap.
-Gets things when we tell him to.  (cup, snack, toys, books, etc)
-Wipes his face when we ask him too.
-If we take our shoes off in the living room, he throws them over the baby gate to our room.
-Puts Dusty's toys where they belong.
-Brushes his hair.
-Dances.
-Knows where certain body parts are.
-Knows where his snacks and milk are in the kitchen.

He is a very busy little boy!  He is constantly on the move and learning something new every day!

These pictures were next to impossible to take this month!  Harrison just wasn't having it.  So, we did the best we could!

Meeting Cousin Addie

Last weekend we loaded up and headed to Houston to see Emily, Reed, and Addie!  Being an Aunt is something I have been looking forward to since I found out Emily was pregnant.  I wasn't able to be there when Addie was born, but the weekend after was the next best thing.

As usual, we planned to leave around Harrison's naptime in hopes that he would sleep most of the way.  He slept until about College Station and woke up in a not very good mood.  I kept him entertained with books, toys, apps on my phone, and lunch the rest of the way to Houston.

Happy guy playing with Sophie the Giraffe.

At first, Harrison really wanted nothing to do with Addie.  He wouldn't really even look at her.  He soon warmed up to her though.  I'm sure he will be excited when she can play with him though.

"Hmmm, maybe I'll touch her."

Playing peek-a-boo with Addie.

"Where am I, Addie?"

Sweet Addie

Rocking Addie :-)

"Ok, I'll touch her, but just with one finger."

"Shhhhh, Addie is sleeping."

Tim and Addie

He was one tired little dude!
We left Sunday around Harrison's afternoon naptime. He slept until College Station where we decided we would take a quick stretch break. We took a quick walk through Gander Mountain for Tim, and then a quick walk through a couple tent sales so we could restock Harrison's maroon clothing. (He has grown out of all his A&M stuff.) We found him 2 shirts- one of which he sported today.  It says "Hang on Aggies...I'm coming!"  He was engrossed in one of his favorite cartoons, Calliou.
