8 months!!
Kinley turned 8 months old 3 days before Christmas. I cannot believe she will be 1 in just 4 short months!! These last 8 months have flown by!!
Kinley continues to be a super happy and laid back baby! She is a busy little thing! She wants to do everything Harrison does. She wants so bad to walk, but just hasn't gotten it figured out yet. I bet it's not long though. She walks great with the help of her walking toys and pretty good holding our hands, but just hasn't taken off on her own yet. She is trying to stand on her own and can for a few seconds.
She is still a great eater. She will eat pretty much anything we give her. She is still on stage 2 baby foods, but I will probably start introducing more finger foods over the next month. There are already a few finger foods she will eat, and she's getting much better at hand to mouth coordination. I have tried the stage 3 foods, but she is not a fan at all. The chunks throw her off and make her gag. She still just has 3 teeth- her bottom 2 and one side top tooth.
Kinley sleeps great. We put her in bed at naptime or bedtime, she plays for a few minutes, and goes to sleep. She still takes 2 naps a day that last anywhere from 1.5hrs-3hrs. At night she sleeps anywhere from 11-13 hours. When she wakes up she just lays there talking and playing until we come in to get her. She's all smiles when she wakes up.

Christmas 2013!
Warning: Lots of pics in this post!!
Harrison played in Auntie Em's shoes.
Uncle Reed played with the girls.
The kids played.
Harrison really wanted to open presents.
They destroyed the nursery.
And that was all before the Christmas celebrations!
Saturday morning Santa made an early stop at Mama C's.
Kinley loved her goodies!
Harrison loved his goodies!
A fun time was had by all!
On Christmas Eve we had Christmas with Nana, Pawpaw, Aunt KK, and Aunt Val. Pawpaw was still in rehab from his wreck, so we had Christmas there.
As you can tell Harrison enjoyed it.
Kinley hung out in the stroller and chewed on her fingers.
Harrison and Aunt KK played games on the phone.
Christmas morning started out at our house. Harrison was super excited!
He kept saying, "Hoho did come! Hoho did come!"
Kinley was excited too! She didn't fully understand, but she was all smiles!
Checking out their loot.
Harrison did a little "cooking" on his grill.
Kinley did a little computer work.
Our last stop of the day was College Station! We opened presents and ate lots of sweets!
After a whirlwind of a day, both kids were exhausted!!
The day after Christmas, we got going again. This time we headed to Ft. Worth for Christmas with Memaw, Pepaw, and Aunt Val. I didn't get any pics that day other than this one of Kinley in her super cute outfit.
After we got home from Ft. Worth, Harrison enjoyed some quality Aunt Val time before going to bed.
Kinley played with wrapping paper and bows.
Harrison ate a grilled cheese and played.
"Cheese!"
Harrison's third and Kinley's first Christmas is in the books, and it was a blast!
